Attention Diversions-Dressform II

Greetings Creative People,

Here I go again...another time whereas I stop what I am doing to create something else. Previously, I posted about the dress form pin cushion I made to represent my business colors...well, I felt she was alone sitting in my sewing room, so I had to make her a friend to stand with her. isn't she just gorgeous? (please, ignore the mess in the background!)

I purchased most of her 'blingage' from Michael's in the $1.00 section a few months ago. I used scrap material I had leftover in my sewing room, she also has a beautiful cameo style button as her necklace that I had in my button stash. I hot glued her to the candle stick holder I purchased from the Dollar Tree. She almost looks Victorian styled...if you think so, that was a 'happy accident'!

Here they both are together, keeping each other company :)...I really love making these dress form pin cushions...this will definitely be a project that I will have my student's complete when they are in between projects. I hope you enjoyed reading the post!

Until next time! Happy Sewing!!
