I know it's been a while...but, let me assure you! I have been pretty busy!!! Unfortunately, not so much with sewing...but with life...ugh! anyway...I digress!! :-) I just wanted to share with you one of the four items I have completed sewing with my sewing challenge. Although, I completed this in early spring, I have not completed the fifth item which is a burgundy blouse for myself...I will post a picture of that soon so you guys can see what I will be working on next.
My son wanted to be a male model for a 'hot second' because he totally loved the shorts I completed for him. I made these shorts using Simplicity 5581...it may be out of print by now...but, if you wanted, I am sure you could find it online somewhere.
Check my young man out!?! Here he is just as handsome as ever...of course, for privacy reasons I purposely cut off his head LOL!!!
Soon, I will be picking out my next five patterns and I will be sharing those with you as well in a future posts. I hope to be posting more often than not because this 'blogging thing' can get really additive!
